Edit & Add Glossary Term via UI

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

Each organization may have different terms for the same thing.

Also, it is difficult for an administrator to manage all terms.
The feature for each user to add terms, and to edit their descriptions and relationships to terms with similar meanings in UI, is essential.

Describe the solution you'd like

  • Users can add and edit the Business Glossary (Terms) like the Tags.

  • Users can add from /browse/glossary page.

  • Users can edit from /glossary/{urn of terms} page.

Describe alternatives you've considered

We considered letting the users edit the json file, but this would not encourage the user to continue using the data catalog.
