Enable comments by users on entities

Yes, we face the problem of collaboration in several customer projects. People actually want to give context or add additional information to resources like datasets or dashboards.

Describe the solution you'd like

I think an entity would need a new aspect of type “comment” which is a collection of messages, users can actually add to the entity. It could be shown as a new tab next to stats.

Describe alternatives you've considered

Alternatives could be to create a custom comment UI, that then ingests the entered comment as metadata into the catalog and extends it at the bottom of the documentation field.
