Start to suport mermaid charts in datasets documentations.

Describe alternatives you've considered

Considering that UI documentations already use Markdown, it should be possible to add Mermaid API to it. As shown here

Additional context

Iḿ requesting it because mermaids can bring simplicity to explain business rules and etc. That’s why it’s already used on my homemade data catalog.
