Localizing UI language

For some countries, English proficiency is low. Especially for Japan, only 8.7 % of ppl say they are good at English.

As Data Catalog is a tool for a wide variety of ppl, data scientists, data stewards, data engineers and data analysts, inevitably some of them are not very familiar with English. Currently the DataHub UI is in English only and that puts ppl off. Therefore for the wide adoption of the tool, it is very important to localize the UI language.

Describe the solution you'd like

Currently the UI is in English only. An option to change its UI language is needed (For my case in Japanese). Someone to make the backend to support local languages as well as someone doing translation (for my case to Japanese) are needed. Personally the language translation can be done manually as I don’t see that frequent front-end UI change.

Describe alternatives you've considered

• Make good how to use guide in local language : I believe the English UI will scare off some ppl still.

• Provide English Lesson to the users : not realistic just for this tool
