Schema field data enrichment bulk upload via UI

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

We encourage business stakeholders to complete data dictionaries at schema field level (incl. descriptions, glossary & tag associations) however they do not have the technical expertise or access permissions to record these via YAML or upload via CLI.

Without a non-technical solution we risk losing data engagement, democratization and ownership from key business stakeholders.

Describe the solution you'd like

Ability for users with Editor or associated Policies permissions to be able to bulk upload descriptions, glossary & tags at the schema field level via CSV through the UI.

Bulk upload schema field descriptions, tags and glossary terms from CSV (or other similar file format) on the schema UI page. The solution should not require knowledge of URNs or other DataHub technical information

Describe alternatives you've considered

The existing CSV enrichment module however this requires knowledge of the DataHub URN (that many business users will not have) and technical expertise & access to the DataHub CLI to execute, which business users do not have
